Radio 1 and 1Xtra wanted to help young people in the UK reach their potential with a scheme that gave talented people the opportunity to show off their skills and get hands-on experience in the media industry.
 
I worked with them on the name, branding and launch video. I even – and I don’t use this word lightly – starred in the video itself.
The shot of the back of a head at 0.22 that somehow manages to convey huge depths of emotion? Nope, not De Niro – that’s me.
